Step 2: Once you get your RA number, pack the item(s) with care, including all accessories and packaging.

Step 3: Write the RA number on the package and send it to the address we provide.

Step 4: When we receive the item(s) and confirm their condition, we'll process your refund. It may take a few business days to appear in your original payment method.

Remember:

• Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
• We can't accept items showing signs of use, damage, or alterations.
• Some personalized or customized items might not be returnable – check the product description.
